Usage

Do I need to know SQL? No. Just ask in natural language and the Agent generates and runs SQL. The generated SQL is shown too, so you can verify it.

What if an answer or SQL is wrong? Ask a follow-up or add a definition (e.g. "exclude refunds from the amount") and the Agent re-queries. The more fundamental fix is to write table relations and metric definitions clearly in the Space's business notes.

Does it support multi-turn conversation? Yes. Conversations keep context, so you can follow up on the previous result, e.g. "now break it down by department".

Data & connections

Which data sources are supported? Relational databases, warehouses, lake formats, files, object storage, logs, NoSQL, spatial data, and more — see Datasets & connectors.

Is my database password safe? Connection secrets are stored encrypted and never shown in plaintext. Share links are read-only and expose no connection info.

Billing

How much is the free quota? By default 100 questions/day, 100k tokens/day, and 3M tokens/month, auto-resetting; the console is authoritative.

What happens beyond the free quota? With sufficient balance, usage is charged from your balance; with insufficient balance, questions are paused and resume after top-up. See Pricing overview.

Which large model is used? The platform only exposes "tiers" (Lite / Standard / Flagship) — just pick a tier.

Integrations & automation

Can it push to Lark / DingTalk / WeCom? Yes. After configuring IM integrations, you can @mention the bot in a group to ask, and have scheduled monitoring jobs push results to groups.

Can it run on a schedule? Yes, automatically on any schedule. See Scheduled monitoring jobs.
