Balance, top-up & quotas
Balance
Your account has a balance that covers pay-as-you-go once the free quota is used up:
- usage within the free quota does not draw from the balance;
- when the quota is used up and the balance is sufficient, usage is charged from the balance by actual consumption;
- when the quota is used up and the balance is insufficient, questions are paused with a top-up prompt.
Top-up
Top up in the console; the balance is available immediately once credited. If you were paused for insufficient balance, topping up lets you continue right away.
Quotas
The platform limits usage with three quotas, all auto-resetting:

FAQ
- Why were my questions paused? The free quota is used up and the balance is insufficient — top up to resume.
- When do quotas reset? Daily quotas reset daily, monthly quotas reset monthly.
- How do I control spend? View usage per Space, use Standard / Lite day-to-day, and turn frequent questions into scheduled jobs.
